I can honestly say Karen Richards is amazing, I don’t know what else to say, I have little to no knowledge of mortgages and was really quite concerned about how to even look for a better deal.
Karen was so easy to talk to and explains options, always at the end of the phone and replies quickly to emails! I have used Karen twice, once to get my first mortgage and now again to move to another provider, I really don’t know what I would have done without her expertise and professional approach!
Karen in my eyes is 10/10 top rating! You simply can’t go wrong using her!
